- 1–3 years of experience in mailroom, logistics, warehouse, or office support
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with shipping vendors (FedEx, UPS, etc.) preferred
- Ability to lift packages and move materials as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Mail & Package Handling
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare and send outgoing shipments (mail, packages, courier)
- Coordinate urgent deliveries and pickups
- Vendor & Delivery Coordination
- Communicate with delivery vendors (FedEx, UPS, local couriers)
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Arrange pickups or coordinate delivery schedules as needed
- Inventory & Supply Support
- Monitor office and site supply levels (tools, materials, consumables)
- Assist with ordering and restocking supplies
- Help ensure items are available when needed
- Tracking & Documentation
- Maintain logs of incoming/outgoing packages
- Track deliveries and confirm accuracy of shipments
- Keep records of receipts and shipping documentation
- Site & Team Support
- Work with office staff and field teams to coordinate deliveries
- Support urgent requests and same-day needs
- Communicate effectively to prioritize tasks
