Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure timely payment.
- Reduce delinquency and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Conduct proactive outreach to clients for payment reminders and issue resolution.
- Analyze accounts to identify and resolve billing issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enforce credit policies.
- 3 years of collections experience.
- 3 years of experience managing clients' portfolios.
- Proficient in using pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.
- Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, SAGE, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
- Experience with credit management.
- Advanced Excel skills.
