The Client Success Associate supports the customer success team by managing client accounts, resolving complex issues, and driving client retention and growth. Responsibilities
This role follows a Friday–Tuesday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with initial training conducted Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work takes place in a well-lit, air-conditioned office environment designed for comfort and focus. The position involves regular use of computers and office equipment, requiring manual and finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and normal or corrected vision and hearing.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of healthcare client accounts, ensuring strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and successful account growth.
- Resolve client issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant customer support.
- Analyze customer and operational data to develop reports, present insights, and support strategic account reviews and decision-making.
- Identify retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining accurate client records and driving continuous process improvements.
- Three or more years of experience in business operations, customer success, account management, or a relevant leadership role with negotiation, growth, and customer success or client engagement responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise to mid-market healthcare clients.
- Proficiency with customer service and ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Halo, and ServiceNow.
- Strong skills using Microsoft Office and the broader Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer issues using multiple tools and systems.
- Experience in account coordination, client engagement, and customer success within a structured business environment.
