Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support. This role involves managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, facilitating meetings, and supporting business operations with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and rental cars.
• Manage calendars for two executives and support the national inventory manager.
• Plan and coordinate meetings effectively.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring the timely tracking of deliverables.
• Perform business analyst tasks using MS Excel to evaluate trends and propose actionable recommendations.
• Support the Safety Manager by validating reports in systems like Fleetworthy, Geotab, and PureSafety.
• Serve as a backup for the inventory manager by learning and utilizing Spring.
• Create performance reports for managers.
• Facilitate project calls, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across business teams, vendors, and business intelligence operations.
  
  

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst.
• Proficiency in supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Ability to interface and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Excellent calendar management skills.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  
  

Work Environment

This role requires working three days onsite in Santa Monica and two days remotely. The position involves up to 10% travel, including both driving and flying.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Monica, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
