Each month, the Analyst transforms complex operational data into accurate, Owner-ready invoicesachieving a 99.93% accuracy standard that reflects both technical mastery and disciplined attention to detail. This role is a blend of financial analysis, contract interpretation, regulatory awareness, and relationship management. The Analyst becomes a trusted advisor to Owners, understanding their preferences, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every invoice reflects the quality and reliability expected.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze data to determine accurate invoice charges.
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with program rules and company policies.
- Apply and approve adjustments based on revenue policy and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and distribute invoices aligned with contractual terms, billing cycles, and regulatory requirements (FAA, IRS, SOX).
- Maintain accurate and current customer records and ensure all Owner-specific preferences are reflected.
- Serve as the primary contact for invoicing inquiries, responding to questions regarding contracts, contract hours, fee calculations, and account changes.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and provide Owners with guidance and cost-saving recommendations.
- Prepare custom reports and validate data, create tailored Owner account reports, validate utilization and rate data, identify trends, and escalate anomalies.
- Ensure documentation aligns with contractual obligations and maintain invoice archives.
