Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries about health, welfare, retirement, and other benefit programs.
- Assist with the enrollment, changes, and termination processes of benefits.
- Support the Benefits Analyst with reporting, data audits, and various benefit administration tasks.
- Coordinate with benefits vendors and internal HR team members to resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee benefits.
- Assist in creating communication and educational materials related to employee benefits.
- Provide limited support with compensation-related activities as required.
- 3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Vlookups, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of employee benefit programs and HR processes.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
