Currently hiring for experienced CSRs supporting a credit union's corporate office!

Job Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls from members with inquiries regarding their accounts
  • Maintain knowledge of the credit union's products and services
  • Assist members in identifying accurate needs for particular products and services
  • Upsell or cross-sell on various products including vehicle loans and new credit cards

Pay: starting at $20.80/HR (depending on experience) (eligible for quarterly bonus incentives after training)

Location: Rocklin, CA (on-site position)

Hours of Operation: Must be open to schedules between Monday-Friday 6am-6:30am
