Responsibilities
- Schedule field service projects by coordinating technician availability and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Verify pricing and work orders for accuracy before forwarding them to the Sales team.
- Collaborate with customers and sales to secure purchase orders (POs) for jobs.
- Process job cost detail reports upon completion, verifying labor, materials, and required documentation before saving to the server.
- Work with the Financial Coordinator to facilitate the invoicing process.
- Professionally gather technical details from customers regarding service requests.
- Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections and audits.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
