The AP Specialist will be responsible for entering and scanning 100–200 invoices per week, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of the accounts payable process.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter AP invoices into the ERP system on a daily basis.
- Scan and electronically file all invoices and related documentation.
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper approvals and coding.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files and records.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
- This is a fully on-site position located in Westbrook, Maine.
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
