Enter and pay invoices correctly and on time, following company rules Match invoices to purchase orders to make sure charges are correct Review subcontractor invoices and work with project managers to confirm work is completed before paying Check purchase orders, contracts, and invoices to make sure everything lines up and fix any issues Answer payment questions from vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Apply the correct sales tax based on where the project or purchase is located Keep vendor information up to date, including contact details and payment terms Reconcile vendor statements and research any differences or errors
