Responsibilities
This position is based in a professional office environment located in Tampa. The role requires full-time on-site presence with standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. Initially, training will be conducted fully in office for five days a week, transitioning to a hybrid schedule of four days on-site and one day remote.

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a growing team focused on expanding their AP operations in Tampa. This role is essential in processing a high volume of invoices and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices using a 3-way match system and analyze them for discrepancies or errors.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, taking responsibility for reporting and serving as a backup for processing tasks.
- Assist vendors with invoicing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Set up new vendors in the system as required.
- Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Over 2 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience with mid to large-sized corporations.
- Proficiency in AP reporting and analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Experience with SAP or other large software systems like Oracle or Peoplesoft.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, including 3-way matching, purchase orders, and goods receipt.
- Experience with Power BI is a strong preference.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
