- Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule
- Apply incoming payments including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances professionally
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records within the accounting system
- Assist with AR reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and collection questions
- Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
- Comfortable using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Fully on-site role in Franklin County, MA
- Collaborative office setting with direct access to leadership
