Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for businesses.
- Analyze financial reports and collaborate with the team on accounting duties.
- Review and accurately adjust financial statements as needed.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial reporting.
- Assist with recurring reporting and sales tax returns.
- Support audit preparation for clients.
- Assist the owner with various accounting projects.
- Compile financial statements for presentation to business owners.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, (preferably in public accounting)
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and general ledger.
- Experience with Orion and Sage is a plus but not required.
