The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

General Accounting
- Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Perform account, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and complete
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Assist with external audits and provide supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate records and accounting schedules
- Support sales, use, and other tax reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
- Assist with internal controls and documentation efforts
- Collaborate with AP, AR, and operational teams to resolve accounting issues
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong General Ledger accounting experience
- Experience with account, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
- Experience with month-end close and journal entries
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience preparing financial statements
- Experience supporting audits
- Budgeting or forecasting exposure
- Manufacturing, distribution, service, or multi-entity accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
