Inside Sales Representative
Pay Rate: $29.80-$35.10
Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Location: Fontana, CA
Description:
- Works with assigned Sales Manager to execute the account plan
- Process daily orders, tracking and update vendors with order status
- Partner with Account Managers to provide assistance with quotes, lead qualification, and order tracking
- Maintaining professional working relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers and management
- Quote prices, credit terms, and other bid specification
- Prioritized daily workflows, including all inbound calls, quotes, and sales-related inquiries
- Set up new accounts, established customer credit, and set up payment methods
- Answered customers’ questions regarding products, prices, and availability
- Respond to customer inquires
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to understand issues, help create solutions
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Epicor (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude, self motivated and ability to work in a fast paced environment
