Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and Vue.js to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of modern web-based applications.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both frontend and backend components and have experience integrating applications with relational and NoSQL databases, developing RESTful APIs, and supporting automated testing and quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and Vue.js

• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services for application functionality and system integrations

• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components using Vue.js

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and optionally MongoDB

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests using Playwright and JUnit

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues

• Collaborate with technical teams, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions

• Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices

• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance across development and test environments

• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and implementation planning

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of professional software development experience; 10 years preferred

• Strong hands-on backend development experience with Node.js

• Strong frontend development experience with Vue.js

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, asynchronous programming, and modern web development

• Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs / Web Services

• Experience working with PostgreSQL

• Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks such as Playwright and JUnit

• Experience with source control systems such as Git

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to analyze requirements and deliver solutions in a collaborative environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java

• Experience with Microsoft Azure

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments

• Familiarity with containerization and cloud-hosted application environments
