Role : Technical Analyst – BOH Systems (Crunch time Support)
Location :Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Minimum 5 Years of Experience required.
Role Overview
Seeking a technical support specialist with experience in QSR Back of House systems, preferably Crunch time, to handle issue resolution, system support, and integrations across restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for Crunch time (Inventory, Labor, Ops)
Troubleshoot issues related to data sync, inventory, labor, and reporting
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
Coordinate with Crunch time/vendor teams on escalations
Support integrations with POS, supply chain, and reporting systems
Assist in rollouts, upgrades, and UAT validation
Monitor system health and address recurring issues proactively
Required Qualifications
5 years in technical support/engineering (QSR/Retail preferred)
Hands-on Crunch time support experience
Strong troubleshooting across application & data layers
Experience with ServiceNow/Jira
Understanding of restaurant operations (inventory, labor)
Preferred Skills
POS integration knowledge (e.g., PAR Brink, NCR)
Basic SQL / data validation
Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog)
