Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Lead with AI experience to lead quality assurance efforts for applications integrating Artificial Intelligence features. The ideal candidate must have practical experience testing AI-powered functionalities such as chatbots, copilots, or intelligent automation systems.
Must Have :
- Proven experience in testing AI-based applications
- Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI features (chatbots, LLMs, AI APIs)
- Profiles without AI experience should not be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities
- Define QA strategy, test plans, and execution roadmap
- Validate AI-powered features including:
- Chatbots, virtual assistants, AI copilots
- Content generation and intelligent workflows
- Perform:
- Functional, regression, API, and integration testing
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and AI teams
- Drive automation framework development and execution
- Ensure quality in CI/CD pipelines
- Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and reporting
