Job Description:
Seeking an experienced PEGA Business Architect with 8 years of Business Analysis experience, including 4 years as a PEGA Business Architect. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirements gathering, Agile SDLC, business process modeling, user stories, use case development, and stakeholder management. This role will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise PEGA solutions.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of PEGA Business Architect experience.
- Experience in requirements gathering, use case development, and Agile SDLC.
- Strong business process modeling and change management skills.
- Experience documenting requirements, test cases, training materials, and conducting UAT.
- Ability to create wireframes and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree) required.
- PEGA Business Architect Certification.
- Local to NJ only; must attend an in-person interview in Trenton, NJ.
