Charter Operations Supervisor
Astin Aviation | Easterwood Airport (CLL) Full-Time | $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Astin Aviation is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to oversee and lead our charter operations. This role is critical to supporting high-profile sports teams, corporate flights, and VIP clientele, while ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless operations on the airfield.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced aviation environment coordinating large aircraft movements and delivering a high level of customer service.
Position Overview
The Charter Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of charter activity, particularly during Texas A&M athletic seasons. This includes coordinating logistics, leading aircraft turns, communicating with flight crews, and ensuring operational excellence from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing charter flights
- Manage logistics for collegiate and professional sports team travel
- Oversee and lead operations involving multiple large aircraft
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, dispatch, and internal teams
- Schedule and coordinate Line Service support for charter operations
- Lead and direct a small team during high-activity events
- Handle billing, invoicing, and post-flight reconciliation
- Maintain professional and timely email communication with clients and partners
- Participate in and support safe airfield operations (training provided)
Schedule Expectations
This role requires flexibility and availability, including:
- Nights and late-hour charter operations
- Weekends and holidays
- Increased workload during athletic seasons
- Opportunity to assist with Line Service operations during slower summer months
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred but not required:
- Previous aviation, FBO, or airport operations experience
- Experience working around aircraft or in logistics/operations environments
