Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team! This position is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, customer service experience, and the ability to manage store operations. The Assistant Manager will perform all the core duties of a team member, with additional responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, overseeing daily operations, and supporting the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service

• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services

• Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately

• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization

• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and mentoring staff

• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience required

• Leadership experience or supervisory role is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
