Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector

Asteria Skin & Body Aesthetics is a boutique medical spa in Mount Prospect, and we are looking for a part-time Registered Nurse to join our growing team.

We are a close-knit practice that believes aesthetics should feel personal, comfortable, and fun! We take a white-glove approach to patient care with a strong focus on education, listening, realistic goal setting and making every patient feel genuinely cared for.

And while we take our clinical standards very seriously, we don’t believe you have to be serious all the time. We like to laugh, we appreciate a good sense of humor, and we’re not afraid of a little sarcasm.

What You Bring

• Credentials: Active Illinois RN license in good standing.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. Previous aesthetic/injectable experience is preferred, but we are open to the right teachable, motivated candidate.
• Clinical Mindset: Strong grasp of facial anatomy, skin health, patient assessment, and safety protocols.
• Vibe & Personality: Confident, warm, professional, and genuinely invested in caring for people. A great sense of humor is a must, and sarcasm is always appreciated.
• Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn new techniques, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate closely with our owner/Nurse Practitioner and team. Social media participation is a must!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient consultations, physical assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
• Administer injectable treatments safely and within your appropriate scope of practice.
• Provide comprehensive pre and post-treatment care and education, including 2-week follow-ups.
• Maintain meticulous clinical charting and documentation.
• Uphold strict safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols while keeping treatment spaces clean and welcoming.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management on supply needs.
• Contribute to the positive culture, daily flow, and overall growth of Asteria.

Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: An initial commitment of at least 1-2 weekdays to start during training, with additional days and hours added as your client base grows.
• Benefits: Discussed following a 90-day introductory period, and may include:

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
