What you'll do
- Lead the guest experience. Set the standard for genuine, memorable customer service and coach your team to deliver it on every shift.
- Develop your team. Train and inspire a crew that's as fun to work with as it is dependable.
- Run a tight operation. Manage daily opening and closing, inventory, ordering, food safety, and cleanliness so the shop runs smoothly and sales grow.
- Keep it creative. Collaborate with our culinary team on new flavors, seasonal offerings, and fun ways to surprise and delight our guests.
- Own the numbers. Hit labor, cost, and sales targets while keeping the vibe fun and the quality high.
What we're looking for
- Previous leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or a similarly fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- A natural people-person who leads by example and brings out the best in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with the operational side — scheduling, inventory, and basic financials.
- Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a creative, collaborative spirit.
- Reliability, flexibility (evenings and weekends are our busy times), and a positive attitude that's contagious.
- Food safety certification (or willingness to get certified).
