ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists
- Conduct and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide ongoing staff training, modeling, and support
- Monitor data collection, treatment fidelity, and clinical quality
- Conduct weekly case visits and caregiver training sessions
- Complete progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in monthly clinical meetings and professional development activities
- Ensure timely submission of billing, clinical notes, and other required materials
- Address clinical concerns and conduct internal quality assurance checks
- Maintain consistent communication with all members of the care team
QUALFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
- Enrollment in a BCBA program or actively accruing supervision hours (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Prior clinical experience in ABA
- Experience using ABA data collection and program management platforms
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and provide TB clearance
- Reliable transportation with valid insurance
