Position Summary
Astemo Americas, Inc. is a Tier 1 supplier of automotive systems for automotive and non-automotive applications. The IT Governance Lead Specialist is responsible for supporting company goals and objectives related to the IT Governance framework. This is a corporate / regional position located within the AM Region reporting into the Farmington Hills, MI location.

Essential Functions And Duties
- Evaluate and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Perform IT risk management activities including risk analysis, development of core controls and mappings to specific audit requirements
- Perform internal IT control checks as needed
- Provide support and facilitation for required IT audits (J-Sox, Hitco 2, parent company audits, etc.) including but not limited to:
- Auditor communication & coordination of audit activities
- Process mapping and owner identification
- Evidence collection/organization, review & evaluation
- Coordinate and centralize IT audit findings and improvement opportunities including coordination of tracking of remediation activity
- Reporting of results to leadership
- Perform IT process evaluations to facilitate process optimization to support structured and efficient IT operations
- Investigate suspected improper activities as assigned
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity in all activities
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
