Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams delivering IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Engineering/R&D IT, and Helpdesk services.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing IT services that meet business requirements.
- Partner with business and R&D leaders to design and implement technology solutions that enable growth and innovation.
- Manage delivery of enterprise applications and platforms, including upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
- Oversee helpdesk operations to ensure high service quality, timely resolution, and positive user experiences.
- Define and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services.
- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across IT delivery functions.
- Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure, software, and service providers.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT solutions and ensuring reliable operations.
- Knowledge of modern IT delivery practices (cloud, SaaS, automation, DevOps, etc.).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in a global or complex enterprise environment preferred.
