Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Madhapur,Hyderabad for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The individual will work closely with management to market candidates to potential clients, maintain ongoing communication, and build relationships with both candidates and clients.
Location: Workafella, Cyber Crown, Sec-II Village, HUDA Techno Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 Experience: 2 yrs-5 yrs
Shift: 8 AM CST - 5 PM CST (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST)
Qualifications
- Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills.
- Experience in working with Top tier vendors and Clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
