Junior System Analyst

This is an on-site, contract role for a Junior System Analyst based in Henrico, VA. The Junior System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to business strategies through effective systems and business analysis. Daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that IT solutions support organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis to evaluate, interpret, and improve IT and business processes.
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with troubleshooting to identify and resolve system or application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Information Technology, including relevant software, tools, and concepts, to ensure effective system implementation and integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to document technical requirements clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience in a similar role or relevant IT projects is a plus.
