Summary of Position
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Events Marketing Coordinator to oversee the digital, creative, and production aspects of our global event portfolio. This role requires a blend of graphic design, project management, creative execution, and onsite production expertise. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong communication skills, and enjoys managing both the behind-the-scenes logistics and the attendee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Maintain and update event websites to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging content for attendees and partners.
- Production Support: Create and manage EVENT slide decks, coordinate production assets, and provide full backstage production support at live events.
- Graphic List Management & Ordering: Oversee the creation and delivery of graphics across event signage, flyers, websites, apps, attendee communications, and other event platforms.
- Graphic & Logo Creation/Management: Design, update, and maintain event partner logos and graphic assets, ensuring consistent brand representation and reputation.
- Attendee Communications: Develop and manage attendee-facing pre-event and onsite communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with event branding.
- Partner Communications: Draft and distribute partner-facing emails, templates, and assets.
- Event Apps: Manage the configuration, updates, and content of event apps to maximize attendee engagement and usability.
- Badge Templates: Manage and update attendee badge designs and templates for events.
- On-site Support & Travel: Travel to all ASTA events to provide on-site production, communications, and marketing support.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, communications, and/or production.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and CMS platforms for website/app management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, live-event environments.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience and qualifications. ASTA offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
