Position Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to take full ownership of project delivery for one of our most important customers. This role is responsible for ensuring that every project milestone—from gateway deployment through to commercial service launch—is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in a fast-paced startup environment, requiring close collaboration with technical and operational teams as well as direct customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, track, and drive all project deliverables from initiation to completion
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure project acceptance and support revenue recognition
- Function as the primary project interface for the customer, managing contractual and delivery aspects
- Align deliverables with contractual commitments and customer expectations
- Lead regular customer project reviews and provide transparent reporting
- Collaborate with the Project Engineer / Technical Lead to align technical execution with project goals
- Coordinate across engineering, operations, and product teams to remove roadblocks
- Ensure smooth handovers between deployment, testing, and operations
- Hands on approach from updating tracking sheets to participating in onsite calls
- Maintain lightweight but effective processes that balance speed with structure
- Continuously improve workflows to enhance future project execution
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Telecom, Electrical, Computer, or related field)
- Experience with Satellite, RAN vendors, or MNOs preferred
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in telecom, satellite, or related technical fields
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment
- Experience with gateway deployments, telecom, satellite, or 5G/IoT projects
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred but not required)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and deliverables
Technology Stack
