Assyst is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator to support enterprise IT initiatives and digital transformation efforts. This role will be responsible for coordinating and leading change management activities across a variety of IT projects, including enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure modernization, software development projects, and digital transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will work closely with IT leadership, project managers, technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training initiatives, and successful end-user adoption of new technologies and processes. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise-level initiatives simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead for enterprise IT projects and coordinate with cross-functional project workstreams.
- Manage and oversee OCM tasks, activities, deliverables, timelines, and daily execution across multiple initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, conduct quality reviews of deliverables, provide status reporting, and escalate risks or issues when necessary.
- Coordinate the development, review, and completion of OCM-related project materials and documentation.
- Ensure all OCM deliverables meet quality standards, project acceptance criteria, budget expectations, and delivery timelines.
- Track key project milestones and maintain visibility into OCM activities across projects.
- Identify, prioritize, and communicate opportunities where change management strategies can support project success and adoption.
- Facilitate and participate in meetings, workshops, training sessions, and implementation activities related to organizational change initiatives.
- Support change management activities across:
- Enterprise system implementations
- Cloud migration initiatives
- Cybersecurity and infrastructure modernization
- Software development projects
- Digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to assess organizational impacts of technology changes.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, training programs, readiness assessments, and resistance management plans aligned with project milestones and go-live schedules.
- Create and maintain OCM deliverables including:
- Change impact assessments
- Stakeholder analyses
- Readiness assessments
- Resistance management plans
- Sustainment and adoption plans
- Support enterprise-wide adoption and long-term sustainment of new technologies, systems, and business processes.
- Coordinate effectively with leadership teams, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of PMBOK principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management methodologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of assessment methodologies, analytical processes, and reporting practices.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and digital transformation initiatives.
