- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the clients Modernization Program within the assigned IT organization.
- Assist in the development, preparation and monitoring of the Operational Work Plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and modernization priorities.
- Maintain accurate and organized program documentation, records, status trackers and shared resources to support accessibility and audit readiness.
- Coordinate with IT teams, resource management and Human Resources to support staffing activities, onboarding processes and assignment tracking.
- Analyze and document current business processes, workflows and operational dependencies to align with modernization initiatives.
- Support the development of “as-is” and “to-be” process models, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation and workflow optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in preparing reports on process improvements, risks and program progress.
- Recommend enhancements to business operations, documentation standards and governance practices to support continuous improvement.
- Support the development and execution of communication strategies to promote stakeholder awareness and readiness for modernization efforts.
- Prepare and distribute program communications including updates, newsletters and briefings outlining project milestones and impacts.
- Communicate change initiatives effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity on timelines, impacts and adoption requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration across business units, technical teams and program stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of change management materials, training resources and user support documentation.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and documentation of current-state applications and requirements.
- Experience facilitating sessions with business leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and functional users.
- Working knowledge of web applications and common application approaches supporting business capabilities.
