You’ll be a key player in ensuring accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and compliance across our business. What You’ll Do
💳 Process transactions and reimbursements through Ramp, ensuring accurate coding and ERP synchronization.
🧾 Review and process invoices weekly for timely payment and proper documentation.
📊 Manage prepaid expenses, maintain accuracy, oversee reporting, and keep software vendor tracking up to date.
📝 Post payroll entries with correct allocations and perform reconciliations on schedule.
🏦 Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain clean, accurate financial records.
📑 Own monthly balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies proactively.
💵 Process AR payments and reconcile outstanding balances.
⚖️ Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state HR, tax, and labor laws.
📬 Handle incoming mail and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
🧮 Respond to payroll tax questions and partner with tax authorities to ensure compliance.

What You Bring
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
📈 3–6 years of hands-on accounting experience
🖥️ Experience with ERP and expense management systems (Ramp a plus!)
📚 Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
🔍 Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
⏱️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
✍️ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
