Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from warm calling prospects to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic planning and improve service offerings.
- Provide leadership within the account team, mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Prepare detailed reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within a consumer packaged foods or related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present confidently to clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales activities.
- Demonstrated ability in technical sales, marketing strategies, and analysis of sales data.
- Experience in leadership roles or team collaboration environments is preferred.
- Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism.
