This is a Per Diem Private Duty Registered Nurse role located on-site in Warwick, RI. The role involves providing high-quality individualized care to clients, performing health assessments, administering treatments and medication, and maintaining detailed clinical records. The nurse will collaborate closely with families and caregivers to meet the patient’s needs, deliver compassionate care, and adhere to specialized care plans, including expertise in memory care, fall prevention, and other tailored programs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with protocols and promoting a safe, respectful home environment for clients.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Rhode Island
- Strong clinical skills, including administering treatments, managing medications, and conducting health assessments
- Experience with specialized care programs such as memory care, fall prevention, and end-of-life care is preferred
- Ability to collaborate compassionately with clients, families, and caregivers to develop personalized care plans
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and documentation skills, and commitment to adhering to all care and safety protocols
- Experience in home healthcare or related field is a plus
- Availability for Per Diem shifts and the ability to work independently in an on-site environment
