No professional caregiving experience is required. Selected applicants will receive paid training through Empower Training Academy at our Norwich corporate office.
What the Program Includes
Instructor-led Personal Care Aide training
Hands-on caregiver skills development
Compensation while completing the program
ASQ orientation and client-specific instruction
Eligibility for client assignments after successfully completing all requirements

Attendance Is Required
This is a professional training and employment opportunity. Attendance at every class is mandatory. Participants must arrive on time, remain engaged, complete all program requirements, and be prepared to begin working after graduation.
What You’ll Do After Training
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
Support safe walking, mobility, transfers, and exercises
Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
Provide medication reminders and companionship
Complete light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
Observe and report changes in the client’s condition

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
