What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOA Associate Manager position at Assured Management, Inc.?
Assured Management, Inc. (AMI) has an immediate opening for a full-time Associate Manager. Regular duties include assisting the Community Manager with all aspects of property management related duties including: processing and merging letters to homeowners, communicating with homeowners, board members and vendors via phone and email, calendar organization and scheduling, performing website updates, and preparing original correspondence. The applicant must have strong communication and organizational skills, and a moderate degree of technical expertise, with the ability to learn a variety of software programs. The position requires a pro-active, self-motivated and self-disciplined individual. An understanding of homeowner association governing documents, and prior HOA management experience is strongly desired.
