What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Community Manager position at Assured Management Inc?
Assured Management, Inc. (AMI) has an immediate opening for a full-time Associate Community Manager. Regular duties include assisting the Community Manager with all aspects of property management related duties including:
- processing and merging letters to homeowners
- communicating with homeowners, board members and vendors via phone and email
- calendar organization and scheduling
- performing website updates
- preparing original correspondence
The applicant must have strong communication and organizational skills, and a moderate degree of technical expertise, with the ability to learn a variety of software programs. The position requires a pro-active, self-motivated and self-disciplined individual.
An understanding of homeowner association governing documents, and prior HOA management experience is strongly desired.
