CDL Route Driver

• Shredding Truck CDL Route Driver - Help us "Feed the Dragon!"
• PAY:
• Starting pay is $23.00 with potential increase for several years of route driving experience. Bonuses and overtime available.
• CDL Class B or Class A needed
• EMPLOYEES ARE GUARANTEED 10 HOURS OF PAY PER DAY EVEN IF THEY COMPLETE THEIR ROUTES EARLY!

HOURS: All drivers are on a 4-10 schedule, working only 4 days a week for 10 hours per day. EMPLOYEES ARE GUARANTEED 10 HOURS OF PAY PER DAY EVEN IF THEY COMPLETE THEIR ROUTES EARL! Must be available to work from M-F 7AM - 5PM with Saturdays & Sundays typically off. Your extra day off per week is based off seniority.

OVERTIME: Overtime is available for those who choose to work on weekends when available.

JOB OVERVIEW & REQUIREMENTS: Professional Shredding Company looking for a shredding truck route driver with either a Class B CDL license or higher. Duties will include driving a variety of vehicles ranging from small cargo vans to large box trucks so candidates must possess a clean DMV report. For insurance purposes, candidates must be at least 25 years of age or older. Daily, continuous and repetitive lifting of boxes weighing as much as 75 pounds on a daily basis is normal and candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability to lift and handle boxes like this during the interview process. Strong customer service skills are required as well as the ability to pass background / drug tests. Duties also include operating shred trucks, pallets jacks, dollies, hand carts and other misc. equipment.
