Crown & Bridge Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Crown & Bridge Manager to lead our dental laboratory team. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional product quality while maintaining efficient, on-time production across all crown and bridge cases. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in both quality standards and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the crown & bridge department, ensuring consistent quality and timely case completion
• Manage production schedules, case flow, and resource allocation to meet turnaround times without compromising standards
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control protocols for all restorations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to improve technical skills and productivity
• Collaborate with dentists and clients to resolve case challenges and ensure satisfaction
• Monitor materials, equipment, and processes to optimize efficiency and reduce remakes
• Analyze production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance output and quality
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

 Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in crown & bridge dental laboratory work
• C.D.T and prior supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of fixed prosthetics, materials, and modern dental lab technologies (CAD/CAM experience a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to balance high-quality craftsmanship with production efficiency
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to consistency and excellence
