Now Hiring: Experienced Property Maintenance & Remodeling Technician
Assure Property Care is growing and looking for an experienced, dependable team member who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This is a year round position and will require weekends during peak rental season (May- September).
Starting Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
- 60-day performance review with opportunity for a pay increase if performance expectations are met or exceeded.
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Contribution toward a self-secured health insurance policy
- $80 per week fuel allowance
Job Responsibilities
No two days are the same! Duties may include:
- Residential and commercial property maintenance
- Service calls and repairs
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Drywall, painting, trim, flooring, and carpentry
- Plumbing and electrical repairs (within experience and licensing requirements)
- Pressure washing
- General handyman work
- Seasonal property maintenance
- Rental property maintenance and repairs
- Any additional tasks requested by customers to maintain or improve their properties
Requirements
- Previous experience in property maintenance, remodeling, or a related trade is required.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work in various weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
