Caregiver Requirements:
- CNA or caregiver certification with at least 1 year of experience.
- Reliable transportation and car insurance.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible nature.
- RELIABILITY is a must!
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities while encouraging their independence.
- Prepare and serve meals according to preplanned menus, ensuring clients maintain a proper diet and hydration.
- Engage clients in leisure activities and maintain accurate daily records.
- Assist with medication as per company procedures and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Respond to emergency situations and client requests promptly and effectively.
