Available Positions:
We have a variety of roles available, including direct support professionals (DSPs), caregivers, administrative positions, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and social and community engagement.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their routines and social interactions.
- Follow individualized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other caregivers to provide well-rounded support.
- Provide cueing, guidance, supervision, and training to help clients complete self-care tasks.
- Encourage clients in setting and achieving personalized health and wellness goals.
- Implement positive support strategies to enhance clients' overall well-being.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships
- Physical ability to assist clients, including occasional lifting
- A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required
