About the Role:
The Program Assistant (Long-Term Care) plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of long-term care facilities, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. This position involves working closely with elderly and disabled individuals, providing assistance with their daily activities and fostering a nurturing environment. The Program Assistant will also be responsible for conducting site visits and internal audits to verify compliance with care standards and regulations. By effectively managing workloads and maintaining accurate documentation, the Program Assistant contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the care program. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
