About the Role:

The Program Assistant (Long-Term Care) plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of long-term care facilities, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. This position involves working closely with elderly and disabled individuals, providing assistance with their daily activities and fostering a nurturing environment. The Program Assistant will also be responsible for conducting site visits and internal audits to verify compliance with care standards and regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
