What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Maintenance Workers Carlisle, MA position at Assurance Technology Corporation (ATC)?
- 3 years of maintenance / construction experience.
- Ability to use construction and maintenance equipment including; power tools, hand tools and plumbing tools.
- Collaborate with maintenance team and contractors.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from maintenance manager.
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies as needed.
- Assist in installing equipment, appliances and furniture as needed.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs., climb and be comfortable on ladders and staging, bend, kneel, etc.
- Follow OSHA and company safety rules.
- Ability to do snow removal and landscaping as needed.
- HVAC filter replacements and drain cleaning.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
