What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drafter /Designer position at Assurance Technology Corporation (ATC)?
ATC is seeking a self-starting Drafter/Designer providing CAD and general office document creation, management and control for all engineering disciplines related to facility design, contractor solicitation, construction, shop fabrication and as built conditions, as well as management of relevant training and software to perform the incumbent’s work supporting multiple customer projects.

Responsibilities:
- Quality assurance, configuration control; Compliance with applicable safety standards and building codes
- CAD standard maintenance, time and cost management.
- Project Management, attend and participate in Project meetings, communicate and coordinate between various disciplines
- Set up and produce design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit BIM software following AESD standards and procedures

Will also manage all Autodesk, AutoCAD licenses and the vault server file.
- 5 years Designer/Drafter experience preferably with Government contractor
- College degree or/or Technical school certifications
- Extensive AutoCAD experience
- Project management experience
- Candidate must be a US citizen and have a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
