- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure the completion of various guest requests
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Create and manage reservations
- Ensure timely payments from guests
- Advise guests about hotel amenities
- Respond to questions about the various features in the area (dining, entertainment, etc.)
- Provide solutions to problems guests may be experiencing
- Discounts on hotel stays available
