What You’ll Do:
As the Director of Nursing, you’ll play a critical role in leading day-to-day operations, overseeing our talented nursing staff, and ensuring that we continue to provide the highest quality care to our patients.
You will:
- Lead and inspire your team to provide top-notch psychiatric care.
- Plan, organize, and drive our hospital-wide nursing program.
- Work alongside other disciplines to create a seamless patient care experience.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality improvement standards.
- Develop and implement programs to continually elevate the quality of nursing care.

What You Bring:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of which you are applying (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of in patient psychiatric or long term care nursing experience (preferred)
- Proven managerial or leadership experience in a healthcare setting (required)
- A proven track record of exceptional patient care, staffing, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- A passion for interdisciplinary teamwork and continuous improvement!
