Your Role:
As an EMT at Assurance Health, you will:
- Respond Promptly: Provide emergency medical services and care in urgent situations.
- Assess & Treat: Evaluate patient conditions and deliver appropriate interventions.
- Transport Safely: Ensure safe, professional transport of patients to designated facilities when needed.
- Collaborate: Work closely with nurses, physicians, and the broader care team.
- Document Thoroughly: Maintain accurate and timely records of emergency calls and treatments.
Qualifications:
- Certification: U.S. National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)
- License: Active EMT certification with a clean driving record
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of EMT experience preferred
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Skills: Strong communication, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a collaborative team approach
- Experience in healthcare or psychiatric settings is a plus
