This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Support Professional located in Iselin, NJ. The Direct Support Professional will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily activities, promote independence, and ensure their safety and well-being. - Experience or familiarity with Human Services and supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to build positive relationships and provide supportive care.
- Experience with or willingness to undergo relevant Training to support personal care, life skill development, and advocacy.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or human services are a plus.
