- Monitor and report changes in the client's physical and mental condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.

- Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other activities as needed.

- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or completion of a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) training program or willingness to obtain.
- Previous experience in home healthcare or a related field is preferred.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if required for home visits.
